    I’m glad you asked. I’m passionate about education and learning. My qualifications include: MA Psychology (in which I researched stress and trauma), MS Psychology, and M. Education. I’m also a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I have also personally used these strategies to beat stress!

  • What's in the course?

    A: You can see the curriculum in the course preview. It’s a step by step program to identify your stress, learn about relevant psychology, physiology, and neuroscience, and develop effective, evidence-based strategies to reduce your stress and you improve wellbeing. After learning the science and techniques, you will create a personalized stress management plan.

  • What are the course materials like?

    A: The course contains high quality videos (beautiful slides, with video of me talking you through everything), as well as quizzes, and a workbook. You can pick your learning style! In addition to the videos (which are closed caption enabled), there are downloadable text/audio alternatives for each resource.

  • What is the course structure like?

    The five core modules contain bite-size lessons of about 10 minutes each. The course is self-paced.
